“Grief, suffering, deep & immense pain: the reality for far too many people since 7 October 2023. And in Gaza for two long years, people have known nothing but destruction, displacement, bombardment, fear, death & hunger. As we mark two years on the beginning of this nightmare, I call once again for: - The release of all hostages and Palestinian detainees. - An immediate ceasefire: the guns must go silent everywhere. - The unfettered delivery of basic humanitarian supplies – at scale – to Gaza including through UNRWA. - Accountability & justice to hold all those accountable for atrocities committed on and after 7 October. There is no other way out of this abyss & mayhem.” #CeasefireNow — Philippe Lazzarini, of UNRWA ... #UNRWAworks.

Two years of war in #Gaza. Two years too long.

 It’s time for a #CeasefireNow

Time to release all the hostages in Gaza and Palestinian detainees.

Time to lift the siege and allow a standard flow of humanitarian aid and commercial supplies under the coordination of the UN including UNRWA.

#Gaza:  2 years too long.

UNRWA’s photographers document the suffering of the people in Gaza, and the work our dedicated teams continue to do.

They work non-stop in high-risk conditions to show the realities of the war.

International journalists are banned to enter Gaza and independently report.

Palestinian journalists are being killed.

 See Gaza through their eyes.
