  Queen Rania of Jordan on Sunday launched an initiative to refurbish and improve schools in east Jerusalem. The initiative, dubbed Madrasati Palestine, is designed to renovate disadvantaged schools in East Jerusalem and encourage the local communities and civil society institutions in the city to be involved in efforts to develop schools.
