Letter I just sent to my elected leaders
Dear America,
The "Big Beautiful Bill" tax and spend legislation will increase the federal deficit by $2.4 trillion over the next decade.
Debt is not good, it is dangerous, putting US into an increasingly precarious position.
Please do not dig us in deeper and deeper in debt, with only billionaires and war mongers profiting from the choices being made today, while we the people lose in every possible way.
Set the right example by scorning violence and racist hate: Start by
halting that horrific Israeli-American killing zone GHF "humanitarian
aid" in Gaza.
The United Nations and UNWRA are a good choice, GHF is not, nor is Israel, despite the manipulative propaganda and cheer-leading by Israel-firsters who believe that arming state sponsored bigotry, violence, injustice and home demolitions is the best way forward.
Invest in America and invest in Universal Human Rights and the rule of fair and just laws, with charity for those in need. The world does not need more weapons of war. We need to prioritize peace and progress with respect for ALL human beings, regardless of supposed race or religion.

Our Sacred Duty
The World Council of Churches (WCC) central committee expressed “deep lamentation and outrage” as the crisis in Palestine and Israel escalates to levels that flagrantly violate international humanitarian and human rights law as well as the most basic principles of morality. The statement calls for naming the reality of apartheid. “We recognize and denounce the system of apartheid imposed by Israel on the Palestinian people, in violation of international law and moral conscience,”
“They [Israelis] attack us without provocation, and when the young [Palestinian] people go to defend women and children, they are shot by the army. The bitter truth is that the world is watching the bloodshed of the Palestinian people without doing anything about it.”
Israeli officers and soldiers have told a local newspaper that they were instructed to shoot at unarmed Palestinians seeking aid at Israeli-American GHF Gaza "Humanitarian" Foundation designated distribution zones in Gaza, despite the crowds posing no threat.
Antisemitic and Islamophobic violence is rising in the United States. Both must stop: We have a duty to call out antisemitism when we see it. We also have an equal duty to remember that Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims are also being targeted

Dear America- Invest in the people's needs... Be for real freedom, justice, true equality, and respect for all of humankind!
Dear America- Stand up for international law and Human Rights, not the weapons industry.
Dear America- PLEASE SCORN VIOLENCE and stop arming Israel with lethal weaponry plus dumb excuses to cause cruel harm to others!
Life is not a video game. These are real human beings and American made weaponry has been creating a Holocaust with The Rule of Lawlessness in the Holy Land.
Taxpayers' money should not be shoring up greed, corporate corruption, injustice, and war.
Please, let Golden Rule thinking and the rule of fair and just laws guide US all towards a better way forward.
State sponsored violence is not the way to convince vulnerable people to veer away from arming religious tyranny and terrorism.
Hate crimes are escalating here in America with people primed by to think, say and do horrible things...
Slavery, Segregation and Forced Displacement are wrong. Wrong then and wrong now
This Earth Day please start noticing how much pollution and injustice war creates.
