Dear Editor,

Yes indeed, it is time for everyone "get past talking about talks and get to the business of negotiation." I think Israel is baiting the besieged Palestinians with new settlements, in hopes of goading widespread cynicism and extremism in order to undermine the peace talks- and Palestine itself.
